We use temperature-controlled delivery to help keep your desserts in the best condition. As delivery involves additional time, human cost, round trip, petrol and temperature-controlled transport costs, a delivery fee may apply if your order does not meet our minimum spend for free delivery.
For apartment deliveries, please meet the driver downstairs in the lobby upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding!

Where do you prepare all the food ?
At SUGAR HIGH SYDNEY, all products are prepared in a council-approved commercial kitchen that meets local food safety and hygiene standards.
SUGAR HIGH SYDNEY holds $20 million in Public and Product Liability Insurance, ensuring our business is fully insured for our operations.
We hold valid food safety certifications, and we are committed to maintaining high standards in food handling, preparation, and storage to ensure quality and safety for every order.
All our baked goods are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients only.
We sell what we eat. We are located in a commercial kitchen, no shop front at the moment.
How does delivery to my door works?
Our Delivery Schedule
Monday – Friday: Deliveries start after 6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Deliveries start after 1:00 PM - (Please discuss with our customer service to see whether we can arrange a earlier delivery if needed, we will try our best ! :) )
A more precise 30-minute delivery window will be sent to you via text shortly after 9:15PM on the day before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake!
The delivery driver will call you upon arrival. If you live in an apartment, please meet the driver downstairs to collect your order.

How should I store the Basque cheesecake?
All Basque Cheesecakes should be kept refrigerated at 2–5°C and should not be left at room temperature for more than 1 hour. Best consumed within 48 hours.
For a creamier texture, leave the cheesecake at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
Moisture/Sweating on the cake is normal. Exspecially happened when cold cake is exposed to room temperature.
